For your own projects, yes. The demo project's analytics are shown in every edition, so you can see each report with realistic data before you buy.
Yes, in the Enterprise edition. The estimate review flags each story that ran over and lets the scrum master give it reasons from the team's own list. Past sprints can be brought in from Jira with a JQL query or from a spreadsheet. Analytics then ranks the reasons, shows what they cost and which kinds of story run over most often.
No. CHIPS runs entirely on your server. License keys are checked offline with a digital signature, so there is no activation server and nothing phones home.
Administrators see a reminder 30 days before. After the expiry date there are 14 days of grace with everything still working. After that CHIPS falls back to the Community limits. Your rooms, history and recordings are never deleted.
